Michael Chiesa opens up about quarantine life
Kicking things off is a short and sweet interview with the number eight ranked UFC welterweight. Chiesa discusses what day to day life looks like for him during COVID-19, his Instagram post about not fighting until he is able to get in a full training camp, his uncle’s unfortunate death, a funny story from TUF Live and much more.
Chiesa (17-4) is currently riding a three-fight winning streak. Most recently, “Maverick” earned a unanimous decision against former UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos. He is hoping to get back in the octagon when he can resume training and will have his sight set on a top-ranked opponent, potentially Gilbert Burns.
