Best Bets and Predictions for Noche UFC

Tracy Cortez vs Jasmine Jasudavicius

In the prelims, a women’s flyweight showdown of ranked contenders is set to take place. Tracy Cortez (10-1, 4-0 UFC) is ranked #14 in the women’s 125-lbs. division. She has exploded to stardom as she has fought to a four-fight win streak. An accomplished grappler, Cortez will meet a fellow mat tactician Jasmine Jasudavicius (9-2, 3-1 UFC).

Jasudavicius is ranked #15 in the women’s 125-lbs. division. She absolutely decimated Miranda Maverick in her last fight and is looking to extend her winning streak to three. These women combine for a total of seven UFC victories, all coming at the hands of the judges.

This fight will go fifteen minutes.

Fight Pick: Fight to Go the Distance (2.5+ Rds)

Roman Kopylov vs Josh Fremd

At the top of the prelims, a battle of 185ers is sure to provide a fireworks. Roman Kopylov (11-2, 3-2 UFC) has sprung into a three fight win streak after going 0-2 in his first two UFC fights. The former AMC Middleweight Champion is a vicious striker with combat sambo grappling. The Russian is set to do battle with Josh Fremd (11-4, 2-2 UFC)

Fremd has a similar story to Kopylov. After dropping his first two bouts in the UFC, the American has put together a two-fight win streak. Fremd is a grappler at heart who has respectable striking.

Kopylov will prove to be a tier above Fremd in this one. The moneyline here makes sense.

Fight Pick: Roman Kopylov Moneyline

Raul Rosas Jr. vs Terrence Mitchell

A pair of bantamweights look to find their way back to the win column in this main card fight. Raul Rosas Jr. (7-1, 1-1 UFC) has yet to show fight fans much in his short UFC career. After exploding onto the scene in his UFC debut victory over Jay Perrin at UFC 282, Rosas Jr. fought to a disappointing end in his sole fight in 2023 against Christian Rodriguez.

Terrence Mitchell (14-3, 0-1 UFC) made his debut to Dana White’s promotion two months ago in a fight against Cameron Saaiman. Mitchell would be quickly finished by Saaiman.

This fight should be a fun one between two hungry young guns. The road to victory here for Rosas Jr. will be on the mat.

Fight Pick: Raul Rosas Jr. via Submission

Kevin Holland vs Jack Della Maddalena

In a fight being heralded as the best co-main event of a Fight Night in 2023, fan favorite Kevin Holland (25-9 (1), 12-6 (1) UFC) is set to face hot prospect Jack Della Maddalena (15-2, 5-0 UFC)

Holland is coming off a a massive first round submission victory over the aging Michael Chiesa at UFC 291. The 30-year-old has shown continuous growth fight-to-fight and win or lose, the “Trailblazer” always earns the respect of the crowd.

Della Maddalena is a bona fide star. The Australian has found finishes in his last five fights and has found his name in the Welterweight Top-15.

The line here is pretty tight and the prop bets are similarly close. Its hard to justify a bet here, but if you feel so inclined, Holland should get your nod.

Fight Pick: Kevin Holland Moneyline

Alexa Grasso vs Valentina Shevchenko 2

The main event is a rematch with a title hanging in the balance. In their first ecounter, Alexa Grasso (16-3, 8-3 UFC) would shock the world when she tapped Valentina Shevchenko (23-4, 12-3 UFC) at UFC 285.

Grasso is on a five-fight winning streak and is at the highest point of her nineteen fight career. The “Bullet” has been on a decline, scraping past Talia Santos and losing to Grasso in her last fight. However, fight fans have seen Shevchenko in this predicament in the past. After being topped by Nunes not once but twice, the Russian combatant has jumped back to dominant form.

This pundit expects her to do the same Saturday night.

Fight Pick: Valentina Shevchenko via TKO
