If you’ve been up at two in the morning, then I’m sure you’ve seen an infomercial for some sort of muscle recovery system. The latest product on the market is something called the Marc Pro.

On their website, they state clearly, “The Marc Pro is intended for muscle conditioning by stimulating muscle in order to improve or facilitate muscle performance.” I’ve been doing UFC Fit for the past eleven weeks and must say my body is under some serious stress from those workouts. The day the Marc Pro came in the mail, it was immediately placed on the sore, fatigued muscles and all I can say is WOW!
This thing really works. In the past, my parents had a Dr. Ho’s system; which at first I thought was going to be quite similar to the MP. But in the image below you can see what a normal wave length (Dr. Ho) is like in comparison to the MP.
The suggested length of use is a tad long, but if you are staying in and laying on the couch watching a movie — throw on the Marc Pro and enjoy.
If you head over to the Marc Pro website you will see a ton of Cross Fit competitors with the system hooked up to them — often times a number of systems hooked. This seems to be their general demographic, but they also are used by the NBA, NHL, NFL and more.
The pros definitely outweigh the cons with this fabulous device.
