Battle of the Giants Results

A pivotal day in MMA has arrived. Later this afternoon (USA time), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s Kingdom Arena is the site for PFL Super Fights: Battle of the Giants.

Live coverage begins at 12:30 pm ET/ 9:30 am PT on DAZN and ESPN+ with the countdown show, followed by the undercard at 1:30 pm ET/ 10:30 am PT before going to pay-per-view at 4 pm ET/ 1 pm PT. All told, today’s show features nine fights.

Main Event

At the top of the bill today is a battle for the heavyweight championship between Francis Ngannou (17-3 MMA) and Renan Ferreira (13-3, 3 NC MMA.) This is a five-round affair at five minutes per round to close the show.

Co-Main Event

Immediately beforehand, the co-main event sees the women’s featherweight championship at stake between Bellator’s Cris Cyborg (27-2, 1 NC MMA) and the PFL’s Larissa Pacheco (23-4 MMA). This, too, is a five-round fight at five minutes per round.

Bellator Middleweight Championship

The title fight trifecta begins with a contest for the Bellator MMA Middleweight Championship pitting current titleholder Johnny Eblen (15-0 MMA, 10-0 Bellator) against Fabian Edwards (13-3 MMA, 9-3 Bellator.)

Rest of the Card

Also on today’s main card, you’ll see a featherweight contest between Husein Kadimagomaev (11-1, 1 NC MMA) and Zafar Mohsen (13-4 MMA), as well as a lightweight affair between AJ McKee (22-1 MMA) and Paul Hughes (12-1 MMA).
