Jake Peacock’s inspirational story will continue when ONE Championship arrives in Georgia for the first time. On Friday, November 8, Peacock returns to action against Shinji Suzuki at ONE 169: Atlanta. The talented Canadian will try to follow-up his debut victory by taking out a veteran of the game.
Peacock earned his right to join ONE by winning the Road To ONE tournament. In April, at ONE Friday Fights 58, the 31-year-old gave the world a glimpse into his technical prowess with a unanimous decision win over Kohei Shinjo. The limb-different athlete is ready to keep it going in a red-hot bantamweight division.

Suzuki, however, will not be an easy side to defeat. The Japanese talent got back in the win column at ONE 166: Qatar. The 38-year-old bested Han Zi Hao by unanimous decision in a hard-fought battle.
Although Peacock’s story may take the brunt of the spotlight, Suzuki will be coming to claim all of the glory. Both men will be motivated to compete on a global platform and attempt to thrust their name into the title picture. The bantamweight Muay Thai division is only getting more competitive by the day.
The Muay Thai slugfest joins a stacked lineup for ONE 169. Multiple titles will be on the line, including appearances from Anatoly Malykhin, Christian Lee, Rodtang Jitmuangnon, and many more. ONE 169 is looking like one of the fall’s premier events.
ONE 169: Atlanta airs live on Friday, November 8. The action is set to begin at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. Tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster.
