Dana White slams Adama Diop after his victory

After the latest DWCS, a heavyweight fighter, Adama Diop, faced harsh comments from the UFC president, Dana White. After his victory yesterday, the African fighter was heavily criticized about his performance.
Last night, Dana White's Contender Series brought a lot of excitement, but according to the boss himself, Dana White, Adama Diop was not among the good performers. Despite his victory over Zaurbek Sabanov, "the Blinde" faced harsh comments on his fight.
Sloppiest Stand-Up Dana White Has Ever Seen
In the post-fight conference, when asked about the heavyweight bout, White was quick to call the fight the sloppiest he has ever seen on DWCS.
"The heavyweight fight I was talking about—I mean, who disagrees with me? Atrocious, atrocious. Sloppiest fight, probably, you know I can't remember of the top of my head, but I would call that the sloppiest stand-up, horrendous. He was just going to wrestle until he started getting booed out of the place."
White also added that UFC heavyweights don't gas out like Diops' opponent did. The UFC boss didn't hold back even when talking to Diop himself. After the fight Dana had some words for the 31-year-old, and they were not kind.
"All right big guy, your fight was horrible, sloppy and one of the worst fights I ever saw on the Contender Series," Dana White began. "Your stand-up is horrible; you tried wrestling your way to the win until the crowd started booing you. If you fought in the UFC, a UFC heavyweight would knock ass out the way this kid did."
"Here is the bigger problem. You are 31 years old; if you don't get this opportunity tonight, what are you going to do? Where are you going to end up? Don't make me regret this."
Adama Diop Assured Everyone that the Best is Yet to Come
At the post-fight conference, a few questions were related to Dana White's comments on his fight. Diop was quick to assure the press that he didn't show his best and that in the future he will be sure to do that.
When asked what he expected, Diop had this to say: "I haven't shown much yet; today was just a little piece of what I can do. I can do and show a lot more, so there is more to come in the future."
"I am aware of the comments. He is the boss; he has the experience. I didn't come here to play too much; I was here to get the contract. So whatever was needed to get the contract, I got the job done."
