Sean Strickland reveals his latest passion outside the UFC and hints at taking the unusual idea to Shark Tank.

After reclaiming the UFC middleweight title in May, Sean Strickland is enjoying his time off from the octagon, as he is not scheduled for his next challenge.

In his off time, Strickland shared that he has discovered a passion outside of fighting and wants to pitch the idea on Shark Tank.

Sean Strickland jokingly reveals his latest passion and eyes a ‘Shark Tank’ pitch

UFC middleweight champion took to Instagram and shared a video from a shooting range in Las Vegas, filmed at Adrenaline Mountain Extreme Amusement Park. He can be seen sitting alongside a woman, apparently teaching her how to shoot.

In the post's caption, Strickland was clearly being sarcastic. He joked that he had discovered a new “passion” in life, teaching attractive blonde women how to shoot. Taking the joke a step further, the UFC champion claimed he was planning to turn the unusual idea into a business and pitch it on Shark Tank.

“I just discovered my passion in life. Teaching attractive blonde women how to shoot.... Im bringing this idea to shark tank,” Strickland wrote.

From Strickland's Instagram feed, one could infer his love for shooting. His recent uploads are replete with material from the shooting range, where he shows himself working with guns and enjoying his time. It is quite obvious that shooting has developed into one of his hobbies while on his break from the UFC ring.

As for his real passion, fighting, Strickland put on a great performance to pull off the biggest upset of the year by defeating then-undefeated Khamzat Chimaev at UFC 328 to reclaim the middleweight title.

Who could challenge Sean Strickland for the middleweight title next?

Chimaev has been calling out Strickland for a rematch, but the reigning champion has said he needs time to heal his injuries and won't make a quick return.

Strickland has not entirely dismissed the chances of a rematch against Chimaev. But has shown little interest and is more inclined towards defending his title against top-ranked Nassourdine Imavov

Many pundits and fighters alike feel the same: that Imavov should get the next title shot against Strickland, as he is riding a five-fight win streak and has defeated Caio Borralho and Israel Adesanya in his last two outings.
