A pivotal match-up in the UFC’s lightweight division took place on last night’s UFC on FOX 6 fight card, as Anthony Pettis took on Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone.
The two have held a grudge for what seems like ages and it has finally been settled. It didn’t take long for “Showtime” to put on a show. Early in the first round Pettis landed some brutal body kicks and even a flying cage knee. At just 2:35 of the first round, Pettis landed a nasty liver kick which dropped Cerrone and finished the fight.
