Vegh followed with a number of additional shots before referee Jason Herzog put an end to the fight just 25 seconds into round 1. With the win, Vegh has now earned the right to face reigning Bellator Light Heavyweight Champion Christian M’Pumbu for the Bellator Light Heavyweight Title.
