Bellator 72 weigh-ins scheduled for Thursday at The USF Sun Dome in Tampa, Florida


Tampa, Florida. (July 16, 2012) —The weigh-in for Bellator 72 will take place THURSDAY at 5:00 P.M. EST at the USF Sun Dome, located at 4202 E. Fowler Ave # Sun 130, Tampa, FL 33620. Bellator 72 will take place at The USF Sun Dome on Friday, July 20th with the first fight taking place at 6:05 p.m. ET and streaming LIVE on The televised portion of the night will begin at 8 p.m. ET and will air LIVE on MTV2 and in commercial-free HD on EPIX2.

All participants from Friday night’s event will be on hand, including Bellator Season 6 Welterweight Tournament Finalists Bryan Baker and Karl Amoussou, as well as Summer Series Light Heavyweight Tournament Semifinalists Travis Wiuff, Attila Vegh, Tim Carpenter and Emanuel Newton. Additionally, welterweights Paul Daley, Rudy Bears, Waachiim Spiritwolf and Marius Zaromskis will be in attendance.

The event will be emceed by Bellator cage announcer Michael C. Williams and Bellator color commentator Jimmy Smith.

As always the weigh-in is open to both the public and media.
