Wilson Reis was supposed to fight at Wednesday’s UFC Fight Night 28 event, but due to his opponent Hugo Viana pulling out due to injury he was pulled from the card. UFC officials announced the bout on Tuesday afternoon.

Reis (16-4) has yet to make his promotional debut, but is coming in to the organization on a four-fight winning streak. Most recently, the Brazilian defeated Owen Roddy at Cage Warriors 50 last December.

Menjivar (25-10) is looking to get back in the win column after losing via first round submission to Urijah Faber at UFC 157 in February. Since coming over to the UFC in 2011 he has gone 4-2.

UFC 165 goes down on September 21 from Air Canada Centre in Toronto. The light heavyweight title is up for grabs in the main event, as Jon Jones squares off against Alexander Gustafsson. In the co-main event Renan Barao will look to defend his interim title against Eddie Wineland.
