The main event and co-main event at this weekend’s Who’s Number One event on have been forced to remove themselves. Arguably the two best no-gi grapplers on the planet, Gordon Ryan and Craig Jones have tested positive for COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

Both men posted on their respective Instagram accounts.

Ryan stated, “Having to pull out of WNO is cheeks 😂. Unfortunately, myself and @craigjonesbjj both have covid and have to sit this one out. I have been sidelined for roughly a week with my main issue being lack of appetite/food.”

Ryan has not lost a professional grappling match since his 2018 ACBJJ 13 bout against Vinny Magalhaes. Most recently, “King” earned an armlock victory over Kyle Boehm at a previous iteration of Who’s Number One. At this event, Ryan was expected to face Ronaldo Junior.

Jones was expected to take on Lucas Barbosa. No word on whether a replacement is being sought out. The Aussie was riding a seven-match pro jiu-jitsu winning streak prior to losing controversially to Mason Fowler at Submission Underground 16.
