UFD Gym is known for being one of the premier fight teams in Europe. As they continue to populate many of the world’s biggest MMA organizations, Konrad Dyrschka, is the newest UFD Gym member to fight under the big lights. Dyrshka recently signed with KSW, according to his Instagram.
KSW’s Newest Signee: Konrad Dyrschka
The 29-year-old German striker is just the latest addition in the recent “hiring spree” KSW has put on in order to add new, upcoming talent to replenish the loss of bigger stars to organizations such as the UFC. Currently 11-1 (1NC), Dyrschka has not suffered a loss since his second bout, which was in November 2013. Starting off slow in his career as far as activity, since 2018 he has gone 6-0 (1NC) with four first-round finishes. The German was to have already made his debut at the most-recent KSW gala, KSW 58 but had to withdraw due to injury.
Most recently, Dyrschka competed on the Elite MMA Championship (EMC) banner, which is based out of Dusseldorf, Germany, and founded by the owners of UFD Gym. At EMC 5 in September 2020, Dyrschka competed on the same card alongside teammate Erko Jun. Though Jun had a rough night in the cage, Dyrschka was able to win a unanimous decision over a tough opponent in Bellator veteran Walter Pugliesi. Prior to that in February 2020 at EMC 4, Dyrschka won via third-round submission, but the bout was later changed to a no-contest.
The word is we will see Dyrschka make his debut in March 2021 for KSW 59. If not, he will be on the April 2021 KSW 60, which has yet to have been officially announced for April. KSW 59 will take place on Saturday, March 20, 2021, and will feature teammate and KSW welterweight champion, Roberto Soldic. Bantamweight champion and fellow teammate as well, Antun Racic, is set to appear on the card as well.
