Saturday night’s main event features a top ten match up in the middleweight division while MMASucka provides UFC Vegas 34 results. Facing off in the main event will be third ranked Jared Cannonier and former interim title challenger Kelvin Gastelum.

UFC Vegas 34 Results – Main Card

Cannonier enters the fight with a record of 3-1 in his last four outings. From 2018-2019, Cannonier had put together a three fight win streak consisting of three straight TKOs. Over that time, he picked up wins over David Branch, former middleweight champion Anderson Silva and Jack Hermansson. Cannonier’s last fight was in October 2020 when his win streak was broken against former middleweight champion Robert Whittaker at UFC 254. He looks to get back on track with a win over a notable opponent like Gastelum.

Coming into this fight, Gastelum holds a record of 1-1 in his last two fights. After suffering three straight losses from 2019-2020, he snapped that losing streak with a win earlier this year over Ian Heinisch. Following that fight, Gastelum took on Whittaker in a fight that originally was supposed to happen for the title in 2019 until Whittaker was forced out. They met two years later and Whittaker defeated Gastelum by unanimous decision. Gastelum looks to get back on track with a big win over a top three contender.

UFC Vegas 34 Results – Co-Main Event

A lightweight fight will be featured in Saturday’s co-main event as UFC veteran Clay Guida faces off against Mark Madsen. Guida will be entering the fight with a 1-2 record in his last three outings. Prior to the win in his last fight, Guida had lost two straight with a submission loss to Jim Miller followed by a UD loss to Bobby Green. He snapped the two fight losing streak in his last fight as Guida picked up a unanimous decision win over Michael Johnson at UFC Vegas 18.

Guida’s opponent, Madsen, enters the fight with an undefeated record of 10-0 with two of those fights being in the UFC. He made his UFC debut in 2019 when he picked up a TKO win over Danilo Belluardo. Madsen’s has not fought since last year when he defeated Austin Hubbard by unanimous decision in March 2020. He looks to avoid losing his perfect record as he searches for a win over a big name like Guida.

UFC Vegas 34 Results – Main Card

Kicking off the main card will be a flyweight fight between top six contenders, Alexandre Pantoja and Brandon Royval. Pantoja will be entering the fight coming off a unanimous decision win over Manel Kape. As for Royval, his last fight was a TKO loss to then contender, now flyweight champion Brandon Moreno.

Following that fight will be a lightweight fight between Vinc Pichel and Austin Hubbard. Pichel comes into the fight on a two fight win streak with back to back UD wins over Roosevelt Roberts and Jim Miller. Hubbard will be entering the fight coming off a unanimous decision win over Dakota Bush.

The third fight on the main card will be a bantamweight fight between Trevin Jones and Saidyokub Kakhramonov. Jones enters the fight coming off a second round TKO win over Mario Bautista. Meanwhile, Kakhramonov will be making his UFC debut after putting together an 8-2 record outside of the octagon.

Finally, before the co-main event will be a heavyweight fight between Parker Porter and Chase Sherman. Sherman comes into the fight coming off a unanimous decision loss to Andrei Arlovski, snapping a four fight win streak. Porter, on the other hand, enters the fight coming off a unanimous decision win over Josh Parisian.
