Combate Global returns tonight with a special Black Friday show in Combate Global 28, happening live from the Univision Studios in Miami, Florida.

The main event happens at flyweight, as Mexican Brave CF veteran Ivan Lopez faces Milwaukee’s UFC vet Elias Garcia. “El Nino Demoledor” Lopez has 20 fights under his belt, but is riding a three-fight losing streak into this one. He will look to snap that streak against the Roufusport-trained Garcia, who fights for the first time since December 2018. After starting his career with six straight wins, Garcia dropped his two UFC outings to Mark De La Rosa and Kai Kara-France before being cut by the organization.

The co-main event is also at flyweight, with both Mexican women looking to earn their first professional win. After going 1-1 as an amateur, Yessica Ortega dropped a unanimous decision in her professional debut back in May. Rozzy Velazquez will be making her professional debut tonight a year and a half after it was originally scheduled.

The main card starts is kicked off by a lightweight fight between Joziro Boye and Jordan Beltran. A native of Aruba, XFC veteran Boye made his debut with Combate Global back in September at Combate Global 18, fighting to a No Contest caused by an accidental low blow. He faces the Mexican “Bull” Beltran, who has alternated wins and losses in his last six fights.

MMA Sucka has fight fans covered with Combate Global 28 Results, happening live on Paramount+ and Univision beginning at 10:30pm ET/7:30pm PT.
