Combate Global returns once again tonight with Combate Global 37, set to go down as always from their studio in Miami, Florida.

The main event pits Colombian Javier Reyes and Cuban Dana White’s Contender Series alum Luis Gomez against each other in a featherweight tilt. “Blair” Reyes has won three in a row and will look to make it four against “Iron Tiger” Gomez, a six-time Titan FC vet who has won three of his last five.

Two atomweights will debut in the co-main event, as Mexico’s Jharely Reyes battles Chile’s Melissa Gomez. Reyes is known for defeating a man in an exhibition MMA match, while Gomez is looking for her first win after going 0-3 as an amateur.

The main card is rounded out at flyweight, as Mexico’s Ernesto Ibarra takes on Argentina’s Pablo Caballero. “The Stallion” Ibarra most recently rebounded from his first professional loss to snag a decision victory at Combate Global 27. “The Killer” Caballero has won four combat sports outings in a row, with three coming in bare-knuckle boxing and one in MMA.

The preliminary card is headlined by two fighters who recently competed and are coming back to Combate Global on short notice. Jimmy Sandlin, who has won two of his last five, picked up an armbar submission at Combate Global 31, while Ivan Castillo lost by armbar submission in the main event of Combate Global 35 less than a month ago.

The show opens with what could arguably be the main event, as former UFC flyweight contender Jordan Espinosa returns to action after being cut from the promotion to face Peruvian Jose Zarauz. “The Gamer” Espinosa had a rough run in the UFC, going 2-4 there but with all losses coming against ranked contenders. “The Mercenary” Zarauz has lost three of his last four, most recently losing to eventual champion Frans Mlambo in the opening round of last year’s Copa Combate.

MMA Sucka has fight fans covered with Combate Global 37 results, happening live on Paramount+ and Univision beginning with the preliminary card at 11pm ET/8pm PT, immediately followed by the main card.
