Main Event

Marian Ziolkowski (24-8-1) is set to defend his KSW lightweight title for the third time in Saturday’s main event. Ziolkowski won the championship at KSW 57 at the end of 2020 defeating Roman Szymanski after the title was vacated by Mateusz Gamrot. Ziolkowski won with a fourth-round TKO, giving him his first finish in KSW at that point. Since then, he has knocked out Maceij Kazieczko in his first title defense and most recently earned a unanimous decision win over former champion Borys Mankowski in January 2022 at KSW 66. A dangerous finisher anywhere in the cage, 19 of his career 24 wins have come by a finish with 13 of those by submission.

Sebastian Rajewski (12-6) will enter the main event of KSW 71 in hopes of dethroning the champion. On a nice run of his own, Rajewski has won his last three straight including going 4-1 in KSW. Rajewski likes to impose his will in the cage and grind his opponent to the judges with eight of his career 12 wins coming by decision. Most recently he scored a unanimous decision win over Niklas Backstrom at KSW 66 in January 2022.
