GLORY Kickboxing is coming to Mexico. The kickboxing organization recently announced GLORY Rivals 5 will be hosted in Tulum, Mexico on January 28, 2023.

Headlining the event will be the top-ranked featherweight Abraham Vidales. Mexico’s Vidales fought for the GLORY featherweight kickboxing world championship in his previous bout and will look to get back in the win column against Argentina’s Tomás Aguirre. Additionally, this kickboxing event will a middleweight war between Ivan Galaz and Renan Altamiro. Plus, a welterweight showdown between Jonas Ferreira and Javier Paricio. The arena location is to be announced.

GLORY, the world’s premier kickboxing organization, announces Rivals 5, taking place January 28th in Tulum, Mexico.

The card will feature no. 3 ranked featherweight contender Abraham Vidales, a native of Mexico who competed for the Featherweight Title in his last GLORY appearance. Vidales will fight a new GLORY fighter from Argentina, Tomás Aguirre.

Additionally, no. 9 ranked contender Ivan Galaz will take on Renan Altamiro in a middleweight bout. Jonas Ferreira, a welterweight from Brazil will make his GLORY debut and fights Javier Aparicio.
