Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez will be in the building for APFC 7 tonight alongside #3 ranked UFC welterweight Belal Muhammad, who will be on broadcast duty. “Remember the Name” will be calling the main event which is set to crown the inaugural APFC Middleweight Champion. Chris Crosby (12-4) meets Kevin Nowaczyk (20-4) in a battle of dominant finishers. Crosby has a near 92% finish rate and is riding a seven fight win streak. As for Nowaczyk, “Gimme Your Lunch Money” has found stoppages in 12 of his 20 professional victories.

In the co-main event, James Pfeiffer (5-1) does battle with Motaz Askar (4-1) in a fight scheduled for 145-lbs. Both men are looking to establish themselves in APFC’s featherweight division with possible title fight implications along the way.

In one of the highlight fights of the night, Asher Frederick (2-0) will look to extend his wining ways against Ecuador’s Jose Salgado (1-1). The fight marks the APFFC debut for both men in a match that is to be contested in the flyweight division.

The main card, which will air live on UFC Fight Pass, consists of seven professional fights. The APFC amateur preliminary card features top prospect talent from across the Midwest.
