UFC Fight Night 147 Results

The UFC is returning to London for UFC Fight Night 147 as a couple of welterweight fights headline the card. In the main event, England‘s Darren Till will face UFC veteran, Jorge Masvidal, in what could be an exciting main event. Till will look to rebound from his welterweight title fight loss to then champion, Tyron Woodley, at UFC 228. His opponent, Masvidal, will attempt to snap his current two-fight losing streak due to losses against Demian Maia and Stephen Thompson.

In the co-main event, England will be represented once against as Leon Edwards takes on Gunnar Nelson. Edwards will be entering the fight on a six-fight win streak with notable wins over Vicente Luque and Donald Cerrone. Nelson recently returned from a long layoff when he faced Alex Oliveira at UFC 231. In the second round of their fight, Nelson opened Oliveira up with brutal elbows that forced an end to the fight. Nelson will look to win his second straight when he faces Edwards in enemy territory.

Plus, an important fight in the light heavyweight division goes down before the co-main event. Coming off back-to-back losses including a title loss to Daniel CormierVolkan Oezdemir will look to bounce back in London. He will take on Dominick Reyes, an undefeated fighter coming off a unanimous decision win over Ovince Saint Preux.

Kicking off the main card will be a battle between two middleweights hailing from Wales as Jack Marshman takes on John Phillips. Following that will be a welterweight fight between Danny Roberts and Claudio Silva. In the third fight on the main card, Nathaniel Wood looks for eight-straight wins when he takes on Jose Quinonez.
