ONE Championship returns for the second half of their ridiculously-stacked doubleheader to present ONE on Prime Video 1: Moraes vs. Johnson 2. Tonight’s fight card will take place at the well-established Singapore Indoor Stadium once again, this time showcasing some highly anticipated matchups in both MMA and Muay Thai. With two title fights lined up and the semifinals for the Flyweight Muay Thai World Grand Prix, this event is sure to have fight fans on the edge of their seat.

Headlining this action-packed event is the a rematch that many have been waiting for since it was first announced. Adriano Moraes (20-3-0) is set to defend his belt one more time against the legend himself, Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson (30-4-1). Moraes did the unthinkable last year when he became the first fighter to finish Demetrious Johnson at ONE on TNT 1. Since then Moraes has defended the belt once against Yuya Wakamatsu securing a guillotine choke in the third round at ONE X.

Now a year removed from their first fight, the American Top Team fighter is matched up with once again and is look to silence the doubters and put a stamp on this chapter in his fight career. Last year, Mighty Mouse was riding a three-fight win streak when he was met by a vicious knee from Adriano Moraes that would lead to his first knockout loss in his career. The knee was thrown when he was still on the ground which just so happens to qualify as an illegal move under most athletic commissions. Since there was a clear difference in rulesets, many believe that Johnson was still the better fighter and he was just simply caught at the wrong time with a move he never even prepared for.

Despite the noise, Mighty Mouse isn’t letting that moment define him and now has the perfect opportunity to flip the script. With an unrivaled legacy that includes not only a UFC title but 11 consecutive title defenses to go with it, Mighty Mouse is looking to prove that he is still in a different league of competition.

The co-main event also features a championship match when Nong-O Gaiyanghadao defends his title against hard-hitting bantamweight contender Liam Harrison. Nong-O is one of the most accomplished Muay Thai strikers in the history of the sport and at the age of 35, he still has the skills that got him here. Nong-O has defeated all eight of his opponents in ONE Super Series since coming out of retirement and has defended his throne six times already. Looking for his seventh title defense, Nong-O will use his high fight IQ and knockout power to prevent Harrison from stealing the show and taking the belt off his hands. Coming off one of the most insane comebacks wins in the history of combat sports, Liam “Hitman” Harrison showed us why he’s earned his nickname. After being knocked down twice in the first round the Hitman flips it around and delivers 3 knockdowns himself, stopping the fight before the 3-minute round was even over. Harrison is looking to keep that momentum going and use that same calculated aggressiveness in his match against the reigning champion. With two fighters possessing such skill and explosiveness, this could lead to a fight that ends well before the full 15 minutes.

After failing to turn in a sample for his hydration test, Rodtang Jitmuangnon was forced to pull out from the bout and is now out of the Flyweight Muay Thai World Grand Prix. The fighter stepping in to replace Rodtang is his former teammate Panpayak Jitmuangnon. He will take on the “The Baby Face Killer” Savvas Michael in the semifinals for a chance to win the tournament and the coveted silver belt. Despite Rodtang’s unfortunate withdrawal, fight fans are still in for an exciting semifinal match between two of the most technical strikers in ONE’s talented flyweight division.

With a card that’s brimming with such talent and excitement, there are plenty of fighters to look out for throughout the night. BJJ prodigy Marcus “Buchecha” Almeida (3-0-0) is hoping to get one step closer to a heavyweight title shot with is fourth pro win against recent interim title challenger Kirill Grishenko (5-1-0). Superlek Kiatmoo9 and Walter Goncalves open up the main card to decide who will be the first fighter advancing in the Grand Prix. Rising prospect Itsuki “Android 18” Hirata (5-1-0) looks to bounce back from the tough split decision loss she had earlier this year. Also, former ONE Welterweight Champion Zebaztian Kadestam (13-7-0) takes on Iuri Lapicus (14-1-0) in the opening bout.

MMA Sucka will have live coverage for ONE on Prime Video 1: Morales vs. Johnson 2. The full card will be available on Amazon Prime Video with the preliminary card starting at 8pm ET/5pm PT, followed by the main card at 10pm ET/7pm PT.
