ARES FC 8 Results

Leading into UFC’s first event in France tomorrow, French MMA promotion ARES Fighting Championship comes to fight fans with an action-packed card live from the Le Dome de Paris – Palais des Sports as ARES FC 8 goes down today.

Two title fights top the card, with the main event crowning the inaugural women’s flyweight champion for the promotion. France’s Alexandra Tekenah has won both of her fights in her professional MMA career, picking up a first-round stoppage in her debut at ARES FC 3, and following it up with a unanimous decision win at ARES FC 6. Her opponent, Ivana Siric Petrovic of Norway, has double the number of fights as her opponent, also picking up a first-round stoppage at ARES FC 3 and a decision win at ARES FC 5 to bring her professional record to 4-0 overall.

The heavyweight title is on the line in the co-main event after former champion Danilo Suzart vacated the belt to fight on Dana White’s Contender Series 48. The 28 year old Uzbek Azamat Nuftillaev is the top-ranked heavyweight fighter in Central Asia according to Tapology, and has only been to the judges’ scorecards three times in 13 fights. He will make his promotional debut against fellow undefeated fighter Slim Trabelsi of Tunisia, who won his promotional debut at ARES FC 7 against UFC veteran Luis Henrique.

Other fighters on the card include Bellator and Cage Warriors veteran Bobby Pallett, Glory kickboxing veteran Ammari Diedrick, WSOF and Cage Warriors veteran Teddy Violet, UAE Warriors and Cage Warriors veteran Samir Faiddine, and Cage Warriors and Fight Nights Global veteran Shajidul Haque.

MMA Sucka has fight fans covered with ARES FC 8 results, with action kicking off at 2pm ET/11pm PT on UFC Fight Pass.
