Fury FC 63 Results

Fury FC 63 is set to return this evening live from San Antonio, Texas at the Cowboys Dancehall. The show will be headlined by a fight between featherweights Lorram Esteves and Dimitre Ivy. Sunday’s show will also play host to an exciting co-main event scrap between three-fight UFC veteran Masio Fullen and Cameron Graves, also set for 145 lbs.

Esteves (5-1) and Ivy (10-6), despite being at two entirely different stages of their career, are both in the process of working their way up the regional ranks with the hope of one day getting a call from the UFC. The Texas-based Fury FC has become something of a pipeline for the global juggernaut, having recently signed a pair of Fury alum at Fury FC 53 in Trey Ogden and “Ugly Man” Joseph Holmes, who is coming off an impressive first-round victory last night at UFC Vegas 55. Ivy’s twin brother, Anthony Ivy, even had a spell of his own with the UFC within the last couple years. It will be now up to Dimitre, 32, to make the most of his opportunity in Sunday’s main event, but will have to get through a tough grappler in Esteves if he wants to continue to make a name for himself.

Fury FC should also be in for a barnburner when Fullen (14-9) meets Graves (9-6) in the center of the Fury FC cage. Both fighters like to stand and trade, but are also both in dire need of a win with each man coming off consecutive losses. Fullen competed on the first season of The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America and has fought the decidedly stronger level of competition of the two. Graves, meanwhile, has gone cold since opening his career 5-0, but is a fan favorite to the regular Fury FC, having fought the lion’s share of his career for the promotion. If the local Houstonian is able to get his hand raised, however, it will represent the biggest win of his career.

Fight fans can catch the prelims beginning at 3:30 p.m. ET/12:30 PT on the Fury FC Facebook page, while the seven-fight main card can be found on UFC Fight Pass beginning at 5:30 p.m. ET/2:30 p.m. PT.
