Arman Tsarukyan and Nina-Marie Daniele starred in a hilarious video referencing his infamous injury withdrawal from a UFC lightweight title fight.

Arman Tsarukyan and Nina-Marie Daniele (aka Nina Drama) have extensively created content together as notable social media influencers.

Tsarukyan, who's lately risen to prominence as one of the most popular fighter-cum-influencer celebrities, has been featured in several comedy segments and skits online.

The Armenian "Batman" has now starred in yet another skit, seemingly poking fun at himself over his infamous injury-induced withdrawal from his scheduled UFC lightweight title fight in 2025.

Arman Tsarukyan's infamous injury pullout from his UFC lightweight title bout last year

Arman Tsarukyan first fought archrival Islam Makhachev back in 2019, losing a razor-thin unanimous decision verdict to Makhachev. Their rematch was set to be a UFC lightweight championship matchup at UFC 311 in January of 2025 -- with Tsarukyan being the challenger and Makhachev (the reigning UFC welterweight champion) being the then-UFC lightweight kingpin.

Unfortunately, Tsarukyan withdrew just days out from the fight, owing to a back injury, which led to Renato Moicano stepping up on short notice to fight Makhachev. The UFC 311 main event witnessed the Dagestani fighter notch a successful lightweight title defense, dominantly submitting Moicano in the very first round.

Meanwhile, Tsarukyan, despite being beheld as one of the best 155-pounders in the sport of MMA, faced widespread criticism for his pullout from the booked title fight at UFC 311. Speculation abounded that some of the strenuous exercises he demonstrated in his social media content with Nina-Marie Daniele likely caused his back injury issues.

Arman Tsarukyan and Nina-Marie Daniele star in hilarious skit about his injury withdrawal as UFC 331 draws closer

Coming to the here and now, Arman Tsarukyan and Nina-Marie Daniele have posted a funny skit online, apparently jesting about how the latter had supposedly injured him last year. Their new video shows Nina Drama lightly tapping the UFC fighter on his head with what looks to be a bottle. She later dons a pair of glasses and sees that it wasn't a bottle but a hammer.

Tsarukyan is then seen pretending to be in pain. With his acquaintances attending to him, Daniele approaches him and states:

"No, I didn't. Stop saying. I didn't hurt him." Running out of the gym while being comically pursued by Tsarukyan's acquaintance, Daniele added, "It wasn't me. I swear."

The skit also saw Daniele hype up Tsarukyan's highly anticipated return at UFC 331. She said, "Watch Arman Tsarukyan fight. UFC 331. September 19th." Being jokingly chased by the aforementioned acquaintance, who was equipped with a pair of hammers, Daniele ran whilst noting, "Live on Paramount+."

Currently, Tsarukyan is set to fight Mauricio Ruffy in the co-main event of UFC 331 in Los Angeles on September 19. Their fight's victor could potentially serve as the next challenger for the UFC lightweight title, which, as of this time, belongs to the veteran Justin Gaethje

With Gaethje eyeing a return to professional MMA competition no sooner than 2027, Tsarukyan has also been keeping busy by competing in freestyle wrestling in the RAF (Real American Freestyle) wrestling organization. The 29-year-old will wrestle against BJJ maestro Dillon Danis in the headliner of RAF 14 on October 23 -- with the inaugural RAF middleweight crossover belt up for grabs.
