The UFC CEO recently shared a blunt message: "The only real TOXIC MASCULINITY is the absence of MASCULINITY!" While White offered no explanation or context, the timing immediately caught fans' attention. 

Just days earlier, UFC welterweight Ian Machado Garry had sparked a spirited debate after saying he feels more masculine by embracing his feminine side and arguing that the world would be a better place if women were running it. Whether intentional or not, White's post has added fuel to an already polarizing conversation.

Although the 56-year-old business mogul’s Instagram post was short, it certainly had enough punch to ignite discussion across the MMA community. He didn't mention Garry, nor did he elaborate on what prompted the post. Still, many fans were quick to connect it with the Irishman’s recent remarks, which had already divided opinion online.

Appearing in a recent interview,  Garry offered an unconventional perspective on masculinity. The 28-year-old recently said he believes embracing his feminine side has made him feel more masculine, not less.

Dana White’s TKO Bosses Reach Out to Ali’s Grandson Over Revival Act

Away from social media debates, White's parent company is dealing with a much more consequential issue. Nico Ali Walsh, the grandson of boxing icon Muhammad Ali, revealed that TKO Group Holdings recently invited him to New York for discussions surrounding the proposed Muhammad Ali American Boxing Revival Act.

The invitation came after Walsh revealed he had received a call from the Senate regarding the bipartisan legislation, which is currently under review.

Sharing the update on X, the 26-year-old wrote, "I appreciate TKO reaching out and inviting me to NY this weekend, where I will continue to defend the Ali Act and the FIGHTERS. Looking forward to a productive discussion."

Ali Revival Act Hot Topic in Boxing

The proposed Revival Act has become one of the most debated issues in boxing. Supporters, including TKO, argue the legislation would modernize the sport by allowing an independent body known as the UBO to operate outside the existing sanctioning organizations, potentially paving the way for Zuffa Boxing's long-term plans.

Opponents, however, maintain that the original Muhammad Ali Act already provides essential protections for fighters by promoting transparency and limiting conflicts of interest between promoters and athletes.

Walsh has emerged as one of the legislation's most outspoken critics. Earlier this year, he joined forces with WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman, Oscar De La Hoya, and retired MMA fighter Carlos Newton to form the Ali Act Preservation Alliance, a group dedicated to opposing the proposed changes.

TKO already has the backing of Muhammad Ali's widow, Lonnie Ali, who supports the Revival Act, making Walsh one of the most prominent voices pushing to preserve the existing legislation.

Despite their differing positions, TKO's decision to invite Walsh for direct discussions signals a willingness to continue the conversation outside formal Senate hearings. With the proposed legislation now under Senate review, any progress between the two sides could influence the broader debate surrounding the future of the Muhammad Ali American Boxing Revival Act.
