Ian Garry has faced a lot of online heat recently, especially after his loss to Islam Makhachev. Following his over-respectful gestures throughout the bout, the Irish fighter had criticisms coming in thick and fast. However, despite all the negative comments, Garry thinks fans actually love him.

Garry took a shot at his haters by saying that the majority of the UFC realm does not hate him. Speaking with ‘Eze Obasi ETS,’ Machado Garry pointed out how nobody has ever come up to him with a negative statement.
He said, “Nobody says anything to my face. What you speak about, it's not real. Nobody says anything to my face. In person, I'm met with love and joy everywhere I go in the world."
This was not the first time that Garry had addressed the online hate. Ahead of his welterweight bout against Makhachev, the 28-year-old had termed all the online haters as ‘fake.’ The ‘Future’ is currently looking to work his way up to the top. And he is eager to get back inside the octagon.

Garry recently interacted with DAZN. Speaking about his future in the promotion, the 28-year-old star claimed that he was proud of what he was doing at the moment. Moreover, he also added that he wanted to be recognized as the best in the next 10 years.
Garry stated, “Obviously, annoyed by the result, that’s the fight game. We get back on the horse, we go again. Because I’ve got 10 years in this sport to be at the highest level, fight the baddest men in the world, beat them, and prove that I’m one of the baddest men walking the planet.”
