Jake Paul Goes to War with Dana White with New Fight Competition Show
After the landmark MVP-PFL merger, Jake Paul has found another way to shake up the combat sports business, and this time, he is bringing his brother along for the ride.
Paul and Logan Paul are teaming up for a new fight competition series coming to Hulu and ESPN, giving the brothers another platform to blend combat sports with entertainment. The series will be produced by Most Valuable Promotions and Wheelhouse, with both Paul brothers serving as executive producers. While the show is yet to receive an official title, its concept is anything but ordinary.
For starters, there will be no audience vote or dramatic elimination ceremony. In fact, according to credible inside sources, fighters will settle their place in the competition the old-fashioned way: By fighting for it.
Paul, who has spent years challenging the traditional combat sports establishment and taking aim at UFC CEO Dana White, sees the project as another step toward building something outside the UFC's usual model.

The series will bring together fighters from across combat sports, including MMA, boxing, wrestling, jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and karate. Competitors will be split into two rival teams, with the “Problem Child” and his brother coaching opposite sides. They will live and train together, but the real twist comes when it is time to decide who fights whom.
The fighters themselves will choose the matchups. “This series takes everything we love about competitive combat and turns it into a high-stakes survival spectacle for today’s audiences,” Jake and Logan said during the announcement. “You choose your opponent, fight to stay, and have nowhere to hide.”

That format is very much in line with what Paul has tried to build around MVP. In addition, the new venture places the Paul brothers alongside Disney-owned platforms Hulu and ESPN on a project aimed at bringing younger audiences to combat sports.
“This project is the latest step forward for MVP as we continue to disrupt sports and entertainment with high-impact, innovative opportunities that define the future of combat sports,” MVP co-founder Nakisa Bidarian said.
