Roy Nelson destroys Cheick Kongo in Round 1

Two heavyweights tussle on the main card as Roy Nelson took on Cheick Kongo.

Right from the initial bell Nelson pushed Kongo right up against the fence. The referee split them up and it only took a couple seconds for “Big Country” to land big over hand right that dropped Kongo. A couple shots on the ground and the referee stopped the action.
