At UFC Vegas 114, surging featherweight contender Kevin Vallejos attempts to score the biggest win of his career when he tangles with divisional bruiser Josh Emmett during the UFC Vegas 114 main event. In the co-main event of UFC Vegas 114, a pair of women’s strawweight mainstays Amanda Lemos and Gillian Robertson battle for supremacy as they continue to have their sights set on UFC gold.

UFC Vegas 114 Main Event

At only 24 years of age, Vallejos has become one of the top up-and-coming names in the entire promotion after a successful first year in the UFC going into UFC Vegas 114. Earning his contract at the end of 2024, “El Chino” quickly rattled off three straight wins over Choi Seung-woo, Danny Silva, and Giga Chikadze, handing the latter his first loss by knockout.

For much of his tenure in the company, Emmett has always been an entertaining fighter to watch, proven by his three Fight of the Night awards against Shane Burgos, Calvin Kattar and Ilia Topuria. Still widely regarded as the hardest hitter in the entire division, the Arizona native easily still proves a threat to anyone he shares the cage with despite his recent Octagon expeditions ending in failure.

UFC Vegas 114 Co-Main Event

A veteran of the organization for nearly a decade, Lemos has faced off with some of the premier opposition her weight class has ever produced. Failing to capture UFC gold for the first time at UFC 292 back in 2023, “Amandinha” has continually tried to claw her way back to a championship bout, with middling results as of late.

An alumni of the historic Ultimate Fighter Season 26, Robertson joined the UFC at a very young age, being just 22-years old at the time of her debut in 2017. Now reaching her prime, and on a four-fight win streak, “The Savage” is primed for a major leap up the 115-lb ladder if she can make her way past Lemos.

More Bouts on the UFC Vegas 114 Main Card

Rounding out the main card, light heavyweight finish experts Ion Cutelaba and Oumar Sy collide. Then, featherweight luminary Andre Fili comes to blows with Jose Delgado. Also, the undefeated Marwan Rahiki locks horns with former Cage Warriors champion Harry Hardwick. Finally, the heavyweights will open the curtain, as Vitor Petrino takes on Steven Asplund.

UFC Vegas 114 Predictions and Staff Picks

MMASucka staff picks are composed of four of the world’s leading mixed martial arts organizations: the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), the Professional Fighters League (PFL), ONE Championship (ONE FC), and Dana White’s Contender Series (DWCS).
