CES added the third bout to its upcoming November card, CES 53. Cage Titans and CES veteran, Hilarie Rose takes on New York fighter, Jenna Serio. Promotion officials made the announcement Tuesday afternoon.
Rose vs. Serio becomes the third official bout scheduled for CES 53. The first bout featured Richie Santiago in his MMA return, taking on Billy Giovanella. Second to be announced, Army veteran Kody Nordby takes on Zachary Burhans. While only three bouts are official for Novembers event, many more fighters are rumored to be involved.

“I definitely want to get on the next CES card. I know there’s one in November… the next one locally, I’d definitely like to get on. I’ll take the rest of the summer to kind of relax, sharpen a few things, make a few adjustments on the ground and in standing. Then getting back in the cage hopefully sooner rather than later”.
Young in Age and Career
After turning pro at the beginning of 2018, she met the highly touted Linsey Williams. ‘Wonder Women’ Williams defeated Rose at CES 48. The loss was the first on her record since 2016 when she fought as an amateur.
In her most recent performance, Rose defeated Ivana Coleman in the second round by TKO due to an unhealthy portion of elbows. The win moved her professional record to 2-1. Her first pro victory came in the previous bout when she defeated Thais Souza by 1st round submission.
Serio Recent History
Jenna Serio hails from Brooklyn, New York. The pro strawweight trains out of Tiger Schulman’s MMA.
She comes into the matchup riding two consecutive losses. Serio began her pro career with a 3-1 record. The New York fighter earned two stoppage victories of her three. Recently, her successes did not translate. Both of her recent back-to-back losses came by unanimous decision.
CES 53 takes place from Twin River Casino in Lincoln, Rhode Island on November 2nd. Only three bouts are official for the November card, Rose vs. Serio, Santiago vs. Giovanella, and Kody Nordby vs. Zachary Burnhans. While only two are official, many more fighters are rumored to appear on the card. Fighters such as Fabio Cherant, Dinis Paiva, and Kris Moutinho are among the names linked to Novembers event.
