Just three days after Submission Underground dropped the news that they would hold one last event in 2020, the promotion posted the Submission Underground 20 full card.

The main card is being rounded out by Pearl Gonzalez vs. Gillian Robertson and Hunter Colvin vs. Gabriel Gonzaga.
Gonzalez has yet to compete inside the SUG cage but is 2-1 in her professional jiu-jitsu career under the Combat Jiu-Jitsu banner. She competed three times at Combat Jiu-Jitsu Worlds 2020 earlier this month and her loss came to Brianna St-Marie. Robertson competed at SUG 17 where she lost to the current female champion Amanda Loewen via armbar in overtime.
Colvin is a beast on the jiu-jitsu mats. He competed at Combat Jiu-Jitsu Worlds 2019 where he lost to Nathan Orchard in the semi-finals. He’s also competed four times under the Submission Underground banner. Most recently, the 25-year-old lost to Tye Ruotolo at Combat Jiu-Jitsu Worlds 2020. Gonzaga has been more active on the grappling scene than in the MMA cage as of late. He’s 1-1 inside the SUG cage, with a win over Fabiano Scherner and losing to Gordon Ryan. Most recently, the heavyweight earned a decision victory against Leo Leite at BJJ Stars earlier this year.
The rest of the Submission Underground 20 card
The main event at SUG 20 features a battle for SUG gold, as champion Mason Fowler takes on Ryan Bader. Both men competed at SUG 19 this past weekend and were victorious. Fowler earned a submission victory in the main event against Satoshi Ishii and Bader beat Anthony Johnson via fastest escape time in OT.
Also featured on the card is a match between Craig Jones and Satoshi Ishii, as well as C.B. Dollaway takes on Richie Martinez.
