Cage Warriors 126 Results

One of Europe’s top MMA promotions, Cage Warriors, makes its first jump across the pond tonight with Cage Warriors 126. The eight-fight card will be going down live from Humphrey’s by the Bay in San Diego, California.

The main event comes at middleweight, as TUF 19 alum John Poppie takes on two-fight UFC veteran Kyle Stewart. In 2019, Poppie returned from a two-year layoff and a three-fight losing streak with authority, grabbing a first-round finish. He has since gathered another victory, and will now look for a three-fight winning streak against “Gunz Up” Stewart, a former Marine who went 0-2 in the UFC, but has gone 2-1 since his release. He will look to get back on track after losing his last bout to Chris Curtis at XMMA 1.

In the Cage Warriors 126 co-main event, bantamweights square off as “Bopo” Joseph Morales faces “Mr. Nice Guy” Kevin Wirth. This fight serves as the first in nearly three years for the Team Alpha Male-trained Morales, who was released from the UFC after a 1-2 run in the organization. Wirth, meanwhile, has long been a staple of the regional scene, frequently competing in both LFA and King of the Cage.

At light heavyweight, Elevation Fight Team product Zac Pauga will bring his undefeated 3-0 record to the cage against former NCAA wrestling standout in Terrance Jean-Jacques. Pauga has fought all three previous fights for LFA, making his professional debut just 366 days ago. “T-Bone” Jean-Jacques carries a 5-2 record into the fight, and is returning for the first time in 17 months.

To kick off the Cage Warriors 126 main card, “Rated R” Max Rohskopf returns to the cage a year removed from his last appearance and his lone UFC outing, a brutal stoppage loss to Austin Hubbard. He will battle Jeff Creighton, who rebounded from a loss in his professional debut to pick up four wins in a row.

Stay tuned to MMA Sucka for up-to-date Cage Warriors 126 results, with the preliminary card happening at 9:30pm ET/6:30pm PT, followed by the main card at 11pm ET/8pm PT. All of the action will air live on UFC Fight Pass.
