Justin Gaethje Reflects on Why he Returned Arman Tsarukyan’s Truck

Justin Gaethje and Arman Tsarukyan have never met inside the octagon yet. Despite that, the duo already have bad blood boiling between them. Following his momentous victory against Ilia Topuria at UFC Freedom 250, Tsarukyan wanted to buy the UFC Lightweight Champion a truck as a gift.

However, with Gaethje refusing to accept the same, things became bitter between the two. Now, ‘The Highlight’ has pointed out why exactly he refused the gift. 

Justin Gaethje Wasn't Impressed with Arman Tsarukyan’s Gift

 The 37-year-old star recently sat down for an interview with the ‘Mighty Mouse,’ Demetrious Johnson. During their conversation, Johnson expressed his curiosity to understand why the American fighter did not want to accept the truck sent by Tsarukyan. Immediately, Gaethje revealed the reason, and according to him, the truck was cheap. 

Gaethje said, “I sent him the truck I wanted, he didn’t buy it. He wanted to buy me a cheap ass truck.”

Surely, such a statement adds a new layer to the ongoing beef between the two lightweight fighters. 

What did Justin Gaethje say About Arman Tsarukyan’s Truck Previously? 

Following his victory at the White House event, Tsarukyan made public that he wanted to gift the champion a cool truck. Unfortunately, Gaethje was not impressed with the idea and rejected it right away. 

During a conversation with Joe Rogan, Gaethje said, “I’m not taking this truck from f*cking Arman. There’s absolutely no way I would take a truck… I’m going to have to ride around in a f*cking truck that a dude bought for me every day. I don’t know, I just can’t go there. We didn’t shake on it, he does not owe it to me.”

To this, Tsarukyan replied, “Justin is saying, ‘I’m not going to take the car.’ F*ck it, we’re not going to give it to him. He doesn’t want it, he doesn’t deserve that. Yesterday, I watched the video and I was shocked, like what the f*ck, if you don’t want it, f*ck you.”
