UFC Officials announced this morning that welterweights Martin Kampmann and Rick Story would go toe to toe at UFC 139 on Nov. 19 in San Jose, California’s HP Pavilion.
UFC Officials announced this morning that welterweights Martin Kampmann and Rick Story would go toe to toe at UFC 139 on Nov. 19 in San Jose, California’s HP Pavilion.
This event is expected to be headlined by Cain Velasquez and Junior Dos Santos for the heavyweight championship. Kampmann and Story are expected to be on the Spike TV “Prelims” broadcast.
Story is coming off of an upset loss to Charlie Brenneman at UFC on Versus 4 earlier this summer. Kampmann is in the same boat, also coming off of a loss. However both of Kampmann’s losses have been a tad bit controversial decision losses to Diego Sanchez and Jake Shields.
