Sean O’Malley Isn’t Having It After Payton Talbott Accuses Him of Ducking
O'Malley clapped back at Talbott after getting accused of ducking fights, posting his own record to set the story straight. The picture showed his last seven fights, which included bouts against bantamweight legends like Merab Dvalishvili, Aljamain Sterling, and Petr Yan.
He pointed out that four of his last seven fights came against three of the greatest bantamweights ever, making it clear he's not running from anyone. In his words, “4 out of last 7 fights have been against 3 of the greatest bantamweights of all time. Ain’t duckin no one.”
The win gives the 28-year-old back-to-back victories over former UFC champs, pushing his record to 12-1 overall and 6-1 inside the UFC. Meanwhile, O'Malley is finally back in the win column too, bouncing back from a rough stretch with a win over Aiemann Zahabi at UFC Freedom 250.
