The Inner Circle 39 is headlined by a world title rematch and tournament quarterfinal, as reigning ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Asadula Imangazaliev defends his gold against Aslamjon Ortikov. Thai star Black Panther meets undefeated British-Pakistani sensation Ubaid "Bad" Hussain in the night's second quarterfinal.
