The UFC returns to the USA for UFC Fight Night: Moicano vs Nolan, which goes down in the Meta Apex in Las Vegas.

Headlining the event is ‘Money’ Renato Moicano, who clashes with Tom Nolan in the lightweight division. The Brazilian fights to keep his top 10 spot as the Australian looks to crack the top 10 at 155lbs for the first time in his career.

The co-main event will see veteran Randy Brown look to stop the surging Jacobe Smith and take away his undefeated record.

We give you our UFC Fight Night: Moicano vs Nolan betting tips and picks.

UFC Fight Night: Moicano vs Nolan Betting Tips

Nolan to win outright

Tom Nolan is looking to continue his impressive winning run and extend it to six straight with a win in Vegas. With a 10-1 record, the Aussie looked very impressive last time out when he beat Fares Ziam via decision. With six finishes across 10 career wins, Nolan could be a serious problem at 155lbs and at 26 years old, there’s a good chance we see him compete for a belt at some point in his career.

Moicano snapped a two fight losing skid last time out when he submitted Chris Duncan in the second round of their main event in April. The former featherweight has been finished on five separate occasions and at 37, has got plenty of miles on the clock.

Nolan could be getting this fight just at the right time. Back the Aussie.

Jacobe Smith via knockout

Jacobe Smith continues to be one of the slept-on fighters on the roster. At 13-0 with 11 finishes, this step up against Randy Brown is exactly what he needs to get a name on his record.

Coming off the back of a 1:32 TKO victory on October 3rd at UFC 332, Smith is in an amazing run of form.

‘Rudeboy’ has lost three of his last four fights and whilst he has only been finished once on that run, he has seemed to be a beat behind his opponents. With plenty of miles on the clock with 28 fights and five finish losses, it’s Smith’s time to shine in this one. Back him via knockout - early.

Lucia Szabova via finish

The debut of Lucia Szabova is highly anticipated by those who know what her game is. The 28 year old is the former two-weight Oktagon world champion, holding belts at flyweight and bantamweight. Her last fight saw her beat former UFC fighter, Lucie Pudilova across five rounds in August. With a 12-0 record and nine finishes, she’s going to be a problem at 135lbs.

She takes on Tainara Lisboa. Arguably, Szabova deserves a tougher fight for her debut as her Brazilian opponent has a 7-4 record and a 2-2 UFC record, losing her last two via finish.

Expect Szabova to run through Lisboa in quick, dominant fashion and do so via finish.
