With UFC 249 just around the corner, the UFC are doing everything they can to hype the event up. This week they have given us a countdown episode for both the co-main and main events.
They most recently posted their latest Embedded episode, a vlog like series following the key fighters during the UFC 249 fight week. If you missed the first episode, you can catch up here and you can catch the second episode here.
The Episode
This episode features half of the co-main event, Dominick Cruz, who works on his cardio in the pool. Having gone the distance 14 times in his career, cardio has never been an issue.
We also see headliner, Justin Gaethje, who arrives in Jacksonville ahead of his main event slot.
We also have a view and a further understanding of the safety precautions that the UFC are taking. They’re taking extreme precautions, including having the cut man wrap the fighter’s hands in a separate room and then be in the cage with the fighter to minimise contact. This is unlike any other event and the UFC are certainly on top of things.
