KSW 75 Results

KSW 75 takes place on October 14 in Nowy Sącz. The fight card will be headlined by a clash between the former bantamweight title challenger Damian Stasiak and undefeated Robert Ruchała. In the co-main event, ACA and UFC veteran Daniel Omielańczuk will take on Michal Martinek.

Main Event: Robert Ruchała vs. Damian Stasiak

Ruchała has an unblemished 7 – 0 record. He made his way from the Polish regional MMA scene to KSW’s circular cage. He made his promotional debut at KSW 56 almost two years ago and remains undefeated both in the promotion and in MMA.

Stasiak is a European MMA circuit veteran, who was signed by the UFC back in 2015. Interestingly enough, he made his promotional debut at UFC Fight Night: Gonzaga vs. Cro Cop 2 which took place in Krakow, Poland. The Polish fighter lost by a unanimous decision to Yaotzin Meza. In general, he won only two out of his six fights in the UFC. After he was released by the UFC, he made his KSW debut back in 2019. He challenged, unsuccessfully, for the KSW bantamweight title at KSW 51 against Antun Racic. Since then, he has won two out of three fights.

Co-Main Event: Michal Martinek vs. Daniel Omielańczuk

The Czech fighter is an Oktagon alumnus, who also took part in Dana White’s Contender Series back in 2019. He was unsuccessful in his attempt to secure a contract with the UFC, as he was bested by Rodrigo Nascimento. After winning only one out of his three fights in ACA he made his KSW debut at KSW 71 by beating Filip Stawowy

Omielańczuk is in midst of his second stint at KSW. He made his promotional debut back in 2009 at KSW 12. After making circles through Polish and Ukrainian MMA circuits he was signed by the UFC in 2013. The popular Polish fighter had a 4 – 5 record in the promotion prior to his release. Next, he competed in ACA, where he challenged for the heavyweight title. Omielanczuk made his KSW return in May at KSW 70, where he was submitted by Ricardo Prasel
