MMA’s premier women’s only promotion, Invicta FC, returns tonight live from Reelworks Denver as four fighters compete to win the vacant strawweight championship.

On one side of the bracket, two Brazilians will square off for a chance to make the finals. After dropping a decision to Piera Rodriguez on Dana White’s Contender Series 44, 27 year old “Tina Black” Valesca Machado has won two in a row, including a decision win over Liz Tracy at Invicta FC 49. She will face 20 year old promotional debutant “Mel Pitbull” Ediana Silva, who comes in riding a seven-fight win streak, including her most recent win at LFA 136.

On the other side, Gloria “Glorinha” de Paula is set to make her promotional debut on the heels of a 1-3 stint in the UFC. She will look to get back into the win column, avoid bringing her career record to even wins and losses, all while trying to secure an all-Brazilian tournament final against Poland’s Karolina Wojcik. The 27 year old “Polish Assasin” Wojcik has won four in a row across Brave CF, KSW, and most recently at Dana White’s Contender Series 49.

In the tournament’s reserve bout, Bellator veteran Danni McCormack will look to snap a two-fight skid in her promotional debut against ONE Championship and Combate Global veteran Maira Mazar.

There are also three non-tournament bouts that are set to be featured on the card. The night will be opened by a flyweight bout between boxing world champion Melissa Oddessa, who looks to rebound from a loss at Invicta FC 48, and Elise Pone, who is also looking to rebound from a loss — the first of her professional career, at Invicta FC 45.

Recent TUF 30 competitor “Grizzly” Claire Guthrie returns to action as well, battling Brigid “Khan” Chase, who is riding a three-fight win streak but has not fought in over a year. Both fighters hold an official 3-1 professional record overall.

The co-main event pits former Invicta FC bantamweight title challenger Katharina Lehner against UFC veteran Talita Bernardo. Lehner has lost four MMA bouts in a row, including bouts at featherweight on TUF 28 and at Bellator Euro Series 9. She will bump back down to her normal weight class against Bernardo, who has rebounded from a 1-3 UFC stint to win two fights in a row, including a second-round submission win in her last fight at Invicta FC 48.

MMA Sucka has fight fans covered with Invicta FC 50 results, happening live on AXS TV, as well as Invicta FC’s YouTube page and Facebook page starting at 9pm ET/6pm PT.
