The women’s bantamweight title has shifted hands again, as Amanda Nunes finished Miesha Tate with a rear-naked choke in the very first round of their UFC 200 bout.

It took Nunes just three-minutes and sixteen seconds to seal her fate at becoming the new champion of the women’s 135-pound division. Nunes bloodied up Tate with early punches in bunches and took Tate’s back, finishing her with a rear-naked choke across the face.

Nunes gave Tate props following the victory, “Miesha’s a tough opponent – everybody knows that,” Nunes told Joe Rogan after the fight. “I’m the new champion. I’ve been working hard for this moment all my life, and now, I feel amazing.”
