Josh Hokit targets Ilia Topuria's ex-wife and height in personal remarks at UFC Freedom 250 press conference

Josh Hokit made a few personal remarks regarding Ilia Topuria's ex-wife as well as his physical appearance during their war of words at the UFC Freedom 250 pre-fight press conference.
Josh Hokit and Ilia Topuria have lately been at loggerheads. Hokit has now targeted "El Matador" yet again, jibing at the lightweight kingpin over his physical appearance and ex-wife.
Prior to that, Hokit recently went on a rant against Topuria during a previous UFC Freedom 250 promotional press conference.
Hokit made personal remarks about fellow heavyweight contender Alex Pereira's mother at that press conference. Topuria, who trained with Pereira earlier this year, hit back with a few fighting words against the American.
For his part, Hokit then took aim at Topuria's height, while the latter responded by throwing a bottle at him. On that note, there seems to have been a redux of sorts at this week's UFC Freedom 250 pre-fight press conference, the final one before the high-profile MMA event.

Josh Hokit, who boasts the No. 5 position at heavyweight in the UFC's official rankings, is booked to face the No. 9-ranked Derrick Lewis.
On the other hand, former UFC featherweight champ and reigning UFC lightweight champion Ilia Topuria is scheduled to clash against ex-BMF titlist and reigning interim UFC lightweight champion Justin Gaethje.
The Hokit vs. Lewis heavyweight matchup is yet another marquee fight on the UFC Freedom 250 card, which will be headlined by the lightweight title unifier fight between Topuria and Gaethje. The event is set to go down at the White House in Washington on June 14.
Josh Hokit directs personal remarks at Ilia Topuria, referencing his ex-wife and height
Josh Hokit has, as of late, become one of the most polarizing characters in all of MMA. The American wrestling savant is known to play characters and jestingly present his alter ego, known as "The Incredible Hok," which also happens to be his fighter nickname.
A number of fans and experts have pointed out that the undefeated heavyweight sometimes plays a timid character, whom he refers to as Josh Hokit. On the flip side, he also essays a brash character, whom he calls "The Incredible Hok."
During the UFC Freedom 250 pre-fight press conference that transpired a few hours ago, Hokit jibed at some of the other fighters on the card, primarily utilizing his Josh Hokit persona. He seemed to once again target Ilia Topuria and Alex Pereira.
One of the questions directed at Topuria was -- if he and Pereira team up against Hokit and Justin Gaethje in a fight to the death in a room, which duo walks out alive from there.
Topuria replied that he'd let Gaethje answer that question, whereas "The Highlight" suggested that he's uninterested in answering such hypothetical questions and is focused on the dangerous opponent he's up against.
Well, Hokit chimed in and proceeded to mock Topuria, jabbing at his height. He also referenced Topuria's ex-wife, Giorgina Uzcategui, and said:
"Can I interject, please? I think Topuria is so mad 'cause he's so short he can't see himself in the bathroom mirror. And he married a str*pper from Miami."
Hokit then immediately appeared to mockingly indicate that the aforementioned remarks were made by his alter ego, known as "The Incredible Hok." He said, "I'm sorry. 'The Incredible Hok,' he just be getting me in trouble, man."
The American fighter continued, "I'm sorry. Topuria, I'm a real big fan, though. You're still my favorite. You have a tough task ahead of you. And Gaethje's real hungry. And he's American. Most importantly, that's what 'The Incredible Hok' says."
