The highly anticipated Ryan Garcia vs Conor Benn goes down this weekend and we've got all the important information you need.

Dana White and Zuffa Boxing are putting on their biggest card of 2026 this Saturday night as Ryan Garcia and Conor Benn go to war at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The signing of Conor Benn to Zuffa Boxing turned plenty of heads when it became official that he had left his long-time promoter, Eddie Hearn, in favour of signing with his rival, Dana White. The reason he did this is arguably that he wants the big fights, and that's certainly what he's got this weekend. Coming off a big win over Regis Prograis last time out, Benn will be once again trying to get the better of his foe and make a statement.

Ryan Garcia has had a turbulent few years. Following his loss to Gervonta Davis, he beat Oscar Duarte and Devin Haney, but popped hot and then lost a lacklustre bout against Rolly Romero. Last time out, he won the WBS welterweight title with a convincing, comprehensive win over Mario Barrios.

Key Talking Points Ahead of Ryan Garcia vs Conor Benn

The biggest talking point ahead of Ryan Garcia vs Conor Benn is the weight class in which the fight will take place.

The fight is set to take place at 147lbs, a weight that Benn hasn't made for four years. On that occasion in April 2022, he fought Chris van Heerden and blitzed through him in under four minutes. Since that fight, Benn has fought as high as 160 and dropped back down to 150 in his last outing. It isn't whether he can make the weight; he's a professional and will do so. It's how it affects his overall game.

His skills lie in his pacing and work rate. He's able to set the pace for his opponents, force them to work, and maintain that pace for all 12 rounds if necessary. Yes, he does hold knockout power, but this usually comes as a result of him putting everything into a high percentage of his shots thrown. Will he be able to do this if Garcia can weather the early rounds? Only time will tell.
