With three fights in eight days, the UFC has come and gone but will be back later this month. Rising prospect in the UFC women’s bantamweight division Aspen Ladd has teased her next fight via her official Twitter account.

Ladd (9-1) was undefeated coming into her octagon debut in 2017. She won her first three UFC bouts.

In her debut, the MMA Gold Fight Team product defeated Lina Länsberg via second-round finish at UFC Fight Night 118. She followed up in her sophomore appearance with another decisive TKO against veteran Tonya Evinger at UFC 229. A decision victory against Sijara Eubanks led her to a bout against former UFC women’s featherweight champion Germaine de Randamie. A 16-second knockout against de Randamie was the very first blemish on Ladd’s rap sheet.

That loss seemed to have added fuel to the fire.

In her most recent outing, the 25-year-old finished Yana Kunitskaya at UFC on ESPN 7 this past December. The win pushed Ladd into the number 10 position in the UFC women’s bantamweight rankings.

Ladd was expected to face TUF winner Julianna Pena in March, however that bout was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

It’s up in the air as to who this next opponent will be, but anytime Ladd touches foot inside the octagon you can expect a fire show.
