PFL New York Results: Nurmagomedov Defends against Colgan

The PFL has been dominating the MMA news sphere as of late. Fresh off an exciting show from Washington D.C., the PFL has also announced a featherweight title fight with A.J. McKee vs Rizin Featherweight Champion Razhabali Shaydullaev for Super Rizin 5 in September.

Yesterday, it was announced PFL and Jake Paul's MVP MMA would be merging together. Tonight, though, all eyes are on PFL New York. The promotion is delivering several high-level fights, including a title fight where both fighters are undefeated.

PFL New York Main Event: Usman Nurmagomedov (c) vs Archie Colgan for the PFL Lightweight Championship

It is very rare for a title fight to feature fighters who have zero losses on their records. Usman Nurmagomedov (21-0, 1 NC) looks to defend his belt for the second time against Archie Colgan (13-0). Both fighters have shown pure dominance in their wins with very few holes in their game. This fight will truly crown the best lightweight outside the UFC.

PFL New York Co-Main Event: Dakota Ditcheva vs Denise Kielholtz

After a year out of fighting due to injury, Dakota Ditcheva (15-0) returns to the PFL SmartCage to take on Dutch fighter Denise Kielholtz. Kielholtz is riding a three-fight win streak and will look to be the first person to test Ditcheva in her return match.
