Ronda Rousey has thrown shade at UFC Chief Business Officer, Hunter Campbell after his refusal to promote her recent fight.

It's Ronda Rousey vs the UFC brass again. On this occassion, it's UFC Chief Business Officer, Hunter Campbell, that is catching shade from the first ever UFC women's champion.

In May, Rousey and fellow women's MMA pioneer, Gina Carano met under the MVP MMA banner to put on a showcase. What played out turned out to be a squash match, with Rousey winning in just 17 seconds by, you guessed it, armbar.

Since the bout, there's been plenty of bitterness between Rousey and the UFC brass due to the unwillingness to promote her fight and it's all kicked off again following her appearance on Fight Culture at a charity event.

Ronda Rousey Takes Aim at Hunter Campbell

When asked by the reporter about how she felt about the event, the way that she conducted herself during fight week and the fact the event did a reported 17 million views, Rousey took the oportunity to take aim at Hunter Campbell of the UFC. Rousey said:

“It was extremely validating especially after Hunter Campbell told Gina he didn’t know he was going to market a couple of 40-year-olds to her, that’s what he said. So it was really nice to kind of take that comment and throw it into his face."

She then took the chance to comment on his marketing skills as a whole stating, "It's not that he doesn't know how to market us, it's he doesn't know how to market f**king anybody and he missed a huge opportunity letting us go".

She went on to make a huge statement that MVP MMA is set to be the UFCs biggest ever rival and that this is largely down to Campbell's personality itself. "He created the hugest rival that the UFC is ever going to have just becasue he's so arrogant, stupid and chauvinist".

Big words and a big claim from someone who helped mould the UFCs women's division into what they are today.

Do you think that MVP MMA is going to rival the UFC in the long term? Let us know in the comments!
