Today on UFC.com it was revealed that the always exciting Tamdan McCrory has re-signed with the promotion.
Following a five-year layoff from the sport, McCrory returned to MMA in 2014, taking two fights in Bellator and winning both in under 90 seconds combined. This included a quick knockout over Brennan Ward and a quick submission of ground fighter Jason Butcher.
McCrory went 3-3 in his prior UFC-stint which took place at welterweight.
Though he spent five years away, McCrory is only 28 years old and is clearly showing no signs of slowing down.
Wondering what happened with McCrory and Bellator? He spoke to The MMA Report on Tuesday afternoon and stated that his team could not come to terms with Bellator on the future, so he asked to be released from his current contract with the promotion.
McCrory hopes to return in October or November.
