PFL 3: Exciting Night of Action in Penultimate Quarterfinal Card

PFL 3 is here! Later on this evening, Universal Orlando‘s Stage 19, the former home to Nickelodeon Studios, serves as the setting for the third of four quarterfinal events in the current PFL World Tournament.

Live coverage of today/ tonight’s event begins at 5 pm ET/ 2 pm PT with the early card. Inside the United States of America, ESPN+ will carry the event live gavel-to-gavel. The countdown show begins the night’s activities at 4:30 pm ET/ 1:30 pm PT on YouTube.

For those of you watching in Canada, check out PFL 3 on DAZN at the appointed hours. Late card action follows at 7 pm ET/ 4 pm PT on ESPN over linear television in addition to ESPN+.

After a successful weigh-in window yesterday, eight of the nine fights scheduled for tonight will go ahead as scheduled. A planned lightweight alternate bout between Robert Watley and Tony Caruso was scrubbed from the show at the last minute.

 

PFL 3 Main Event: Impa Kasanganay vs. Fabian Edwards

This week’s card features middleweights and lightweights entering the SmartCage for their quarterfinal contests. At the top of the bill later on tonight, Impa Kasanganay (18-5 MMA) will square off against Fabian Edwards (13-4 MMA) in a middleweight bout.

The PFL 3 main event, as well as all fights on the show tonight, is an advertised maximum of three rounds at five minutes per round.

PFL 3 Co-Main Event: Gadzhi Rabadanov vs. Marc Diakiese

Immediately prior to the main event, the evening’s co-headliner sees action taking place at 155 lbs. Gadzhi Rabadanov (24-4-2 MMA) collides with Marc Diakiese (18-7 MMA.)

Also on the PFL 3 late card tonight, you’ll be seeing a middleweight fixture matching Dalton Rosta (9-1 MMA) with Sadibou Sy (17-8-2, 1 NC MMA),  a lightweight fight pairing Mads Burnell (20-6 MMA) against Jay Jay Wilson (10-1 MMA), and a lightweight contest between Clay Collard (25-14 MMA) and Alfie Davis (17-5-1 MMA.)

PFL 3 Main Event:  Fabian Edwards def. Impa Kasanganay by TKO (Ground and Pound) at 2:14 into Round 2.  Edwards advances to fight Josh Silveira in semifinals. 

Co-Main Event:   Gadzhi Rabadanov def Marc Diakiese by KO (Hooks to Ground and Pound) at 0:32 into Round 1.  Rabadanov advances to fight Jay Jay Wilson in semifinals.

Dalton Rosta def. Sadibou Sy by Submission (D’arce Choke) at 3:29 into Round 2.  Rosta advances to fight Aaron Jeffery in semifinals. 

Jay Jay Wilson def. Mads Burnell by TKO (Hammerfists) at  4:42 into Round 3.

 

Alfie Davis def. Clay Collard by TKO (Spinning Elbow to Ground and Pound) at 2:12 into Round 1.  Davis advances to fight Brent Primus in semifinals.
