PFL announces Patrick Habirora vs. Omar El Dafrawy for Dubai co-main event
The welterweight contenders will meet in the co-main event of the promotion's return to Dubai on Nov. 14.
The PFL has added a ranked welterweight matchup to its return to Dubai. The promotion announced on Monday that Patrick Habirora will face Omar El Dafrawy in the co-main event of PFL Dubai on Nov. 14 at the Coca-Cola Arena.

Habirora enters the matchup as the No. 4-ranked welterweight and remains undefeated with a 9-0 professional record. The Belgian prospect has won all five of his PFL appearances, including a 20-second knockout of former UFC champion Benson Henderson at PFL Brussels in May. With three first-round knockout victories in his last three PFL fights, Habirora will look to keep the momentum going in Dubai.
The 25-year-old will now face a more experienced opponent in El Dafrawy, who is ranked No. 5 in the division. The Egyptian holds a 16-6 professional record and has won his last two fights, defeating James Vake by first-round knockout in April before earning a unanimous decision over Jonathan Piersma in July. El Dafrawy will make his second appearance at the Coca-Cola Arena, where he suffered a unanimous decision loss to Florim Zendeli in October 2025.
PFL Dubai will be headlined by Vadim Nemkov's heavyweight title defense against Sergei Bilostenniy. The event will mark the promotion's fifth visit to Dubai.
