Sean Strickland just called out Tyron Woodley for trash-talking him on Instagram, exposing the former champion by showing him his fight record.

If you thought Sean Strickland was done stirring the pot this week, think again. Former UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland took to social media to leak private Instagram messages from former welterweight champion Tyron Woodley, and it is every bit as wild as you would expect.

Battle Lines Drawn

The fallout started after Din Thomas made headlines at UFC 330. Following Gillian Robertson’s loss in her title fight, Thomas announced his retirement from cornering, stating he had taken Robertson "as far as she could go". The comments sparked widespread backlash, with fans and analysts calling Thomas selfish for stealing the spotlight. Strickland jumped in with his usual unfiltered style, brutally blasting Thomas online.

That did not sit well with Woodley, a longtime teammate and close friend of Thomas. Woodley slid into Strickland’s direct messages to step up for his guy, writing a stern warning: "Watch your mouth talking about Din. You have no clue wtf you talking about. We laugh all the time when you have no filter, but you a habitual line crosser. I'm ride or die about him. Don't cross that line."

Never one to back down from confrontation, Strickland clapped back with pure disrespect. "Bro what are you gonna do?? You aint gonna do a damn thing lmao," Strickland replied, adding a vulgar remark about Thomas before dropping a nuclear response. Strickland sent a screenshot of Woodley’s late-career combat sports record, which features a brutal six-fight losing streak spanning MMA and boxing.

Sean Strickland Targets Woodley's Losing Streak

The screenshot highlighted Woodley's UFC slide, unanimous decision losses to Gilbert Burns and Colby Covington, followed by a submission loss to Vicente Luque, alongside his high-profile boxing defeats to Jake Paul and Anderson Silva. Strickland finished off the exchange with a simple three-word message: "Weak a** b**ch."

Strickland then posted the entire interaction for his millions of followers to see, proving once again that no boundaries exist in his world. Woodley, who held the UFC welterweight crown from 2016 to 2019 with four successful title defenses, found his legendary resume weaponized against him after trying to defend his friend.

Whether you love Strickland’s uncensored personality or find it completely out of line, one thing remains clear in combat sports: if you slide into Strickland's DMs to lecture him, you had better be prepared for the fallout.
